Am I taking too many supplements?
I take like 8 pills in the morning, 5 at the afternoon and 5 at night. Antioxidants, omega-3, multi-vitamin, other two to support my inmune system, acidophilus, another supplement for an energy boost. Is it too many vitamins? Do they offer the same benefits if I'm taking them all together?
