need information on marrying someone from peru whos is in the us with a tourist visa?
Hi i think i asked this ? awhile ago but ill ask again,my girlfriend is from peru and i am a Amercian now, she will be flying in to the us in about 3 weeks on a toursit visa and once here i plan on marrying her,so what must i do after wards to keep her here with me while the paperwork process goes on,and has anyone out there married someone from another country on a tourist visa ?
This is not a difficult thing to do. You would just have to apply for adjustment of status.
