I had lost just under a stone before Xmas & now ive put it all back on again!?

I cant stand it anymore! I lost the weight by doing herbal life and as soon as xmas went by I started putting the weight back on and more! I am 5ft 2 and weigh 9st 12 but I feel like a balloon.it makes me unhappy and misrable! I cook all my meals myself (as I have a young family) so I make sure we have a balanced meal. I have porriage for breakfast and a herbalife shake for lunch as I dont get a lunch break at work. then I would have a piece of fruit as my snack and then lunch in the evening. ? I allow myself two snacks per day. if not fruit i would have a lowfat bar or something like that. I also walk everywhere no longer driving to school, so I do about 2hrs walking each day. thats from home to school,to the station to work and then back again. I try and exerice at home on my mini-trampoline.So where am I going wrong? pls advise me.

it sounds to me like your doing a good job of maintaining your weight, but not losing it like you want to. Your not getting any bigger but your not getting any smaller either. Your food habits seem very good, i'm not sure you have to change that, but you need to step up your excersise. when you walk to school and home, power walk...just walking that little bit faster will make a suprising difference. on the days you aren't in school or at work try to do some more intense cardio, like jogging, or biking. Also you need to be doing some strength training. if you can't make it to the gym invest in some dumbells and you can do all your excersises at home. crunchs, bicep curls, push ups, tricep dips, lunges, squats, calve raises, and many others. What you need now it to push a little harder. The extra effort will really pay off so good luck!
