Can I drink this?
It's Healthy Infusion's FUZE, Strawberry Melon flavored. It has:
L-Carnitine - 20mg
Super Citrimax (whatever the hell that is) - 200mg
Chromium - 15%
Vitamin C - 100%
Calories: 10
Total Fat: 0
Saturated/Trans fat: 0
Sodium: 5mg
Total Carbohydrate: 2mg
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 0g
No preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors.
Ingredients are:
Filtered Water, Apple Juice concentrate, Malic Acid, Garcinia Cambogia Rind Extract, Strawberry & Melon juice, Absorbic Acid, Acesulfame Potassium, L-Carnitine, Vegetable Juice Extract, Sucralose, Chromium Polynicotinate
Does it sound okay to drink?? Also, the drink series is called "Slenderize." I'm not trying to lose weight, it's just the one that my hubby picked up. I'm 12 weeks pregnant.

L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid which helps in the metabolism of fat, it is also available in red meat, diary products, avocado, etc. It is considered necessary in maintaining good health as it helps with muscle contractions and your heart.
HOWEVER!!!! Super CitriMax® inhibit the conversion of carbohydrates into fat and promote an increase in the formation of stored energy as glycogen. This also signals the brain to turn off hunger signals. CitriMax® and new patented, higher potency Super CitriMax® work by inhibiting the enzymes that convert carbohydrates into fat. If not utilized for energy, carbohydrates are converted into fat and stored in the body.
No good for pregnant women.
To everyone out there, please stop answering these questions if your not sure of the answers. This drink is actually potentially harmful to pregnant women if consumed excessively. If you have already had some of these "energy" "weight loss" drinks your ok, just stop drinking them.
General rule of thumb, "when in doubt, throw it out" especially when it concerns your unborn child. You want some yummy safe flavor? Put fresh CLEAN fruit in a glass of cold filtered or bottled H20 and call it a day. For the record, if you had washed, sliced, and squeezed a fresh lemon or lime in a cold glass of water you would have had the entire glass in your tummy and the baby's tummy before you were finished typing your question. If you can't pronounce the chemicals in a drink, don't bother.
