what are some natural alternatives to meds for social anxiety???
i have anxiety (mainly social anxiety) and i'm really curious about natural remedies/herbs...i'm currently taking meds and have ben for 2 years and i plan on continuing to take them but ijust wondered about this. i heard about Kava Kava juice..anyone know about this..?
EFT works very well i use it myself for those kind of things i use to deal with the same exact thing so your not alone in this. But their are some other things you can do to, such as having a good mindset to not worry when the people are probably more nervous then you are. Alpha calm is good for that situation and also drinking magnesium can help the nerves stay calm,try reading this book with the links i gave you it really changes the way you think for the better and have more control on what sort of feelings you have bad or good with situations.
