Any natural Remedies for night cramp in the legs?
On Doctors advice I have taken Quinine for the last 6 months. She has now advised me to give it a rest. I still suffer really badly, getting up at least twice a night and pacing the floor for some time. I often feel bruised for 24 hrs afterwards, Does anyone have another answer?
Have you tried the bar of soap under your fitted sheet, down near your legs? I know it sounds crazy, but I've read about it dozens of times in Dr. Gott's medical column in my newspaper. Any kind of soap, unwrapped, under the fitted sheet, down in the leg area...good luck!
