How best to prepare nori to preserve nutrients?
I have dried nori from navitas naturals (http://www.navitasnaturals.com/products/nori/nori-sheets.html). I wonder if I can eat it as is. But it might not taste as good compared to if it were cooked, so I wonder if I can put it in with rice which I cook for 30 min and still have all the nutrients intact.
You can never keep EVERYTHING intact in cooking something but it doesn't make an appreciable difference.
