How many MCG's of biotin should i take for hair growth?
i went to the drug store and bought "hihg potency BIOTIN"
each pill contains 1000 mcg's of biotin...it says to take one a day.
but, im going to take two a day..is that good for hair growth?
i also bought this shampoo with vitamins B, E, C, and D.
and also has hihg potency vitamin, and antioxidant rich acai berry and guave, and a little coconut oil.
will this shampoo help improve hair growth?
