Is pure cane sugar bad for your health?
I already know that it causes weight gain,but I have a pretty high metabolism. Im wondering if it causes cancer,diabetes,and other damaging diseases. Im trying to stop drinking soda, im thinking of replacing it with lemonade. The lemonade i drink, is made with 100% pure cane sugar.
"100% pure cane sugar" is just a fancy way of saying sugar.
Changing from soda to lemonade is really no change at all as far as your body is concerned, if both have sugar or corn syrup in them; all types of sugar and corn syrup are just empty calories and should be avoided.
If you want to make your lemonade healthy, make it yourself out of real lemons, and use a natural low calorie sweetener like stevia.
