How healthy/balanced is this? I'm a vegan. What would you change?
How healthy/balanced is this?
Breakfast- Porridge with soya milk and seeds
Snack- 2 bananas
Lunch- Jacket potato with soya cheese, spinach
Snack- Carrot sticks and salsa
Dinner- Vegan chili (tomato, kidney beans, onions, peppers) with brown rice.
I'm not overweight; I'm around 110lbs and 5'4.
What would you change? I'm a vegan so please don't suggest non-vegan foods!

Hi David, I try to have at least one portion of protein with each meal, such as nuts, beans or tofu. I also eat a lot of grains and vegetables which are good sources.
They say if you combine protein with complex carbs at each meal you should be getting the complete set of amino acids.

That day's worth of meals appears to be balanced. Don't skimp on the spinach. I would also suggest berries or a citrus fruit with your breakfast or lunch. You're getting your carbs from a variety of sources which is great. As far as combining vegetable based proteins goes, this isn't something you need to be concered with as long as you're using a variety of protein sources. Soy is a complete protein anyway.
