Safe to wear contacts after enzymatic cleaning?

I jsut finished cleaning my contacts with Unizym enymatic cleaning tablet. is it okay to just rub&rinse my contacts with solution and just put them on again, or should i soak them for 6 hrs in multi-purpose solution?

just make sure that you rub and rinse them, if the tablets say anything else than make sure to follow those directions. Just rub and rinse well!
