Weird blob inside citrus fruit?
I just peeled a clementine type of fruit, and when I broke apart the segments, there was a weird clear jelly-like blob inside. Is this just some sort of build up of pectin? Is it safe to eat?
yes u can eat it.but maybe your body will react to it.so better just discard the fruit.or not just cut that part out and chow it.
