What is the best supplement glucosamine chondroitin / that you used for bursitis?

I have bursitis in my knees and newborn. The situation worsens and exercise alone hurts. I know exercise will help eventually, but I wonder if this supplement will help me to feel like more exercise works best. Thank you

Indeed, any answer given here is just a personal opinion (I can give you my opinion if you wish). There are companies of much higher quality out there that are readily available and affordable ... just make sure that the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as are the major insurance organizations quality (USP is for the United States, GMP is for U.S. and worldwide). As the company has good quality, glucosamine / chondroitin will be just as good as another good company. Glucosamine and chondroitin are two key building blocks that your body uses to produce a new cartilage, so they are very effective for many peope when it comes to joint health. The major drawback of these two are that it takes a while for them to put in place because your body has to create new cartilage and repair the damage that is there. If you want other benefits faster and / or more "fair" fundamentals, there are some other options you can add as MicroLactin, Tart Cherries, MSM, hyaluronic acid, Danish Rose Hips, and bromelain. Any and all who are very good for joint health and they can all be taken together if required. Good luck and I hope I helped!
