Take off non-vegetarian capsules?
I bought a colon cleanse capsules in my local Holland and Barrett. Only I discovered later that the capsules are made from animal gelatine, which I do not eat. Can I open the capsules, and simply throw the powder inside? Do you think the capsule is an empty shell to keep it together if the effect will be the same?
