what longterm treatment is their for extream knee pain?
I have been to a phisio and they have diagnosed that my knee cap sits off its correct position by 6 degrees. i have hade many seasions of ultrasound and also accupuncture but the pain is back within 3-4 weeks. I am only 24 years old i weigh 9st, height 5 foot 4 inches. l have a very health diet with plenty olive oil, fresh fruit, veg and milk i dont eat processed food .I used to take regular exersize (running) but i am realy struggling to as pain is soo bad. I can bairly manage the stairs and even staighting my leg out is sore i feel a click inside my knee joint. I am woken up in the night by the pain. The pain is in both knees.This problem started about 1 year ago.
