What is the best tonic for health after 70 yrs of age?
I was regularly taking Becosule capsule 1 per day up to my age of 60
Now I have stoped it. I am now 74 yrs. Is is advisible to take tonic for health.
Taking one slow release tablet of Vit C. and a multivitamin tablet a day is more then enough:it contains what you daily need.
